Financials
Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upfront before any project work begins.
ii
The remaining 50% becomes due upon final delivery of the completed project.

Changes
Revisions & Edits
i
Requests that go beyond the originally agreed scope will be subject to additional fees.
ii
Clients on an active maintenance plan may have certain updates included, depending on what that plan covers.

Ongoing Support
Maintenance Plans
i
Maintenance plans are entirely optional and handled through a separate agreement.
ii
Without a plan in place, any future updates or technical support will be billed independently.

Boundaries
Scope of Work
i
The full scope of each project will be defined and agreed upon by both parties before work starts.
ii
Anything that falls outside that agreed scope will be discussed separately and priced accordingly.

Cancellations
Refund Policy
Once work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Please ensure you're ready to proceed before making payment.

Rights
Ownership of Deliverables
i
All work and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Ahmed Shehata until the final payment is cleared.
ii
Upon receipt of full payment, complete ownership and all associated rights transfer to you, the client.
